2 New Batches for Math Competitions Prep Classes will be starting from next week with limited seats.

  • Only 6 students per batch 
  • Saturday classes  (1.5  hour session)

Fall Contest Dates: November 14 - 16, 2014 
Registration Deadline: Oct 31, 2014 

  • For: Students in grades 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
  • Location: Cupertino <To Be decided>
  • Who May Register: Any kids from grade 2 - 6 may register for the contest.
  • Fee: $15.00

    Contest Guidelines.
    • Students are given 45 minutes to solve 20 problem-solving questions independently.
    • Students should be given paper and pencils during the contest. No calculators allowed.
    • Results are announced approximately 2 weeks after the official contest date.
      Recognition and Awards National:
    • The top 10% in each grade will receive a 'National Honor Roll' medal and Certificate.
    • Each student will receive Participating Certificate.
    • Students name will be displayed on the NLMC websites
      Team:
      • The highest scorer from each grade will receive a 'Team Winner' medal.

Noetic Learning Math Contest
The Noetic Learning Math Contest is a biannual math challenge for elementary students. The goal of the competition is to encourage young students' interest in math, to develop their problem solving skills, and to inspire them to excel in math.During the contest, students are given 45 minutes to solve 20 problems that can cover a broad range of mathematics skills taught in  school, including:
  • Computation and number properties
  • Pattern and algebra
  • Geometry and measurement
  • Probability and statistics 
The contest is for students in grades 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. 
News:
  • More than 18,000 students from 385 schools nationwide participated in our fall contest. 
  • Registration for the spring 2014 contests is now open.  
  • The top 10% in each grade will receive a 'National Honor Roll' 
    medal, Certificate and their names will be display on NLMC website.
